Working together to provide customer value
itSMFnz, the IT Service Management Forum New Zealand, is proud to announce our 2018 national conference.
The theme for the 2018 itSMFnz conference is "Enterprise Service Management - delivering value through good practice".
This year we are again excited to be a constituent conference of the ITx conference, in partnership with 12 other conferences and coordinated by IT Professionals New Zealand. ITx brings together 13 separate conferences under one roof over 3 days and will be a huge celebration for the broader IT community.
ITx is where New Zealand's digital technology sector comes together. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in any of the conferences as well as gaining exposure to shared keynotes and panel sessions.
Each conference is responsible for setting their own programme, so we invite software and IT professionals and other interested parties to share abstracts/concepts for consideration for the itSMFnz 2018 Conference.
We are looking for engaging topics and presenters who can share their challenges and successes, provide case studies and real world examples, or present new ideas and techniques that will drive the development of the ITSM industry.
Themes can include service management, IT support, best practices, processes, new and emerging technologies and organisational culture.
